The series gearbox are specially designed for center drive energy-saving ball mill in metallurgy and mining industry.
During the operation of the ball mill, the center drive, motor, hydraulic coupling, reducer, discharge device and drum are all located on the same axes line. The inner gear is located outside and adopted the material of high quality low carbon nickel alloy steel and be treated with cementite, quenching and gear grinding, which lead to precision of grade 6. Customized special bearings and imported seal are applied in the reducer. They have the features of small voltage, heavy load, impact proof, long lifetime and high efficiency (0.95-0.97).

The reducers have been applied in many ball mills and have good performance.
